| 出生為人，不可避免的都要經歷生老病死。人生不如意事十有八九，如果沒有心靜如水的定力，就會經常心生浮燥，患得患失。筆者經常可以看到有些人因為得到了一些物質的財富就歡天喜地，高興的手舞足蹈；而在失去一些東西時則會痛哭流涕，情緒一落千丈。面對人生的坎坷曲折、生活的艱難困苦，倘若心為物役，人生的大半就會在悲觀的心情中窒息心智，難以感受到生命的樂趣。一個人如果不懂得節欲，窮其一生也就只能是一個私慾不斷產生和滿足的過程而已。「不以物喜，不以己悲」是中國傳統儒家思想中的一種境界，也是古人修身養性時的一個道德標準。古人云：「心為形所累」，人的慾望越大，生活的壓力也必定隨之增大，人生中如果能少一點慾望，就會多一份輕鬆與灑脫。 |

| Life is tough and full of unpredictable challenges...
That's life... and....
The ones to survive are not the talented.....
but the ones who can adapt to the challenges the fastest...
Having encountered so many unfair things in workplace...and suddenly I feel lost why the capable are the ones to suffer...
There is no punishment to those who escaped from responsibilities...
The boss won't ask them to do more complicated work...yet their salary are higher...
When they commit mistakes, no one blame them....due to relationship...
But, I must pay every attention to what they do and bear the responsibilities of their mistakes ...because I am junior...
I start to wonder - and agree that the stupid people are the most powerful species in the world...
especially when you hear their laughters even they have commited the mistakes and they don't have the eagerness to learn and improve and avoid mistakes... They can go off work sharp at 6pm and enjoy the life. Why the one who do right are the ones to stay longer time... just to rectify their errors... The incapable only dream that the capable will help them solve the problems and leave all hands off... My capable consultants can just tell me to learn the word 化.
They have already thought through...
And, what we can change is our mind....
Because if we feel angry about this, the only ones who suffered are ourselves...but not the one who are doing wrong... |

| 百感交集 由新人開始學習做PR professional, 經歷很多失望和挫折。 試過被記者和 consultants 駡到七彩 然而，最近那位在我入行時第一位駡我駡得很厲害的記者最近真心的對我說了一些很具鼓勵性的說話。 心裡很感動 他並不是一位很懂表達自己的人 從他口中聽到一些支持我，叫我加油的說話，不要給自己太大壓力。 現在，兩位 consultants 對於我的努力給予肯定，工作量不停地增加。 我從心底裡哭出來 ....... 卻一點兒眼淚也流不出來，彷如終於見到一點兒人性的光輝。 那位從前我不太熟悉的記者，給予我安慰和支持，肯定我過去一年在做人處世也不是太差。 一些不熟悉的人都可以令我感動，心中慨嘆一些我從前珍惜的人卻說了一些令我傷心的說話 最近，我的身邊發生太多事，有快樂的，有傷心的。每天上班時，我也是笑著說:「怎樣支撐下去?」 而我，還是用好像完全沒有發生事的面孔去面對人和事。 因為我深深明白，沒有人會因為我的事而介懷，只有把自己做得更好才可令人對我尊重一點，令自己好過一點。 只有笑面迎人，對方才笑著面對自己。
